These terms are between you and Bio Active Group LLC, a Delaware limited liability company trading as Happy Beanie (“we”, “us”). They govern your use of happybeanie.com and your purchase of Happy Beanie products. By placing an order you agree to them — so we have kept them short, honest, and in plain English.
Happy Beanie offers peptide-infused daily supplement chews for dogs and cats, formulated in Scottsdale, Arizona and third-party tested lot by lot. Our products are supplements, not drugs: they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. See our full Product Disclaimer.
All prices are in US dollars. We may correct pricing errors, decline or cancel orders (with a full refund) where we cannot safely or lawfully fulfill them. Promotional pricing such as the buy-3-get-1-free bundle may change for future orders; it never changes retroactively for an order you have already placed.

We refund an order in full if your veterinarian advises that your pet should stop taking Happy Beanie (within 30 days of delivery, with written notice from the clinic), or if your pet will not accept the chew (within 14 days of delivery). Damaged, defective or misdelivered orders are replaced or refunded at any time. We do not refund on the basis of results alone. Full detail is in the Refund Policy.
The Happy Beanie name, paw mark, site design, and published content are our property. Quality data we publish (certificates of analysis, assay results) may be shared freely with attribution.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
If we update these terms, the new version applies to orders placed after it goes live. We will not change the deal on an order you have already made.
