This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what we will never do with it. The short version: we collect what we need to ship peptide chews to your animal and support your subscription — and nothing gets sold to anyone, ever.
To fulfill and ship orders, manage recurring subscriptions, answer support requests at the pharmacist desk, send order confirmations and (only if you opted in) our newsletter, and publish lot-level quality data that is never connected to any customer.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share your pet's health screener answers with anyone. We share data only with the services required to run the store: Shopify (checkout and order management), our shipping carriers (name and address on the label), and our email provider (your address, if subscribed).
Email hello@happybeanie.com anytime to request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it entirely. Unsubscribe links live at the bottom of every marketing email. Deleting your data does not affect records we are legally required to keep, such as completed order invoices.
We use the minimum necessary: a session cookie so your cart survives navigation, and Shopify's checkout cookies. No third-party advertising cookies.
