We publish our assay data lot by lot, including the lot we destroyed — so we are not going to get precious about refunds. If Happy Beanie is not working out, we make it right.
Your first order of any formula is covered for 90 days from delivery. If your dog refuses the chews, your cat stages a protest, or you simply do not see the change you hoped for — email us and we will refund the full purchase price. No return shipment required for the guarantee; the chews are yours (or your neighbor's lucky lab's).
Two conditions apply to a guarantee claim on a first order:

Email hello@happybeanie.com from the address on your order, include your order number, and one sentence on what did not work (it genuinely helps our formulation team). Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
Second and subsequent one-time purchases outside the guarantee window, and orders more than 90 days past delivery. If you feel your situation is an exception, write to us anyway — a human reads every message.
