The Subscribe & Save plan exists to make daily care effortless — not to trap anyone. Here is exactly how it works and how to leave it.

How the subscription works

• You pay $99/month (that is $16 off the one-time price) per box, and a fresh 30-day supply ships every month.
• Each renewal bills automatically to your payment method on your cycle date, and every refill ships free.
• Before each renewal you will receive a reminder email — nothing bills silently.

Cancel anytime — really

There is no minimum commitment, no cancellation fee, and no phone tree. To cancel: open the manage subscription link in any of your order or renewal emails, and click cancel. Done in under a minute. Prefer a human? Email hello@happybeanie.com and we will cancel it for you the same business day.

Skipping & pausing

Stocked up? Use the same manage-subscription link to skip a month or pause. Your pricing stays locked while paused.

Timing matters

Cancellations and skips take effect immediately, but they cannot claw back an order that has already billed and entered compounding. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to be safe. If a renewal slips through, our Refund Policy covers unopened renewal boxes for 14 days.

Price changes

If we ever change subscription pricing, existing subscribers keep their current price for as long as their subscription stays active. New pricing applies only to new subscriptions.
